Directions

From Syracuse, NY: Take I 81 North, to exit 29N and merge onto I481N/NY 481N toward Oswego.

Continue on NY 481N into and thru the City of Fulton.

Continue on NY 481N into the City of Oswego. 481N will become E. 1st St. in Oswego.

Continue straight on E. 1st St. until it ends. The road will end at the entrance to the Oswego Marina.

Enter the Oswego Marina area and look for the Proteus dock. It is about half way down the road.
